We are taking the time to write about our experience with Jeff Gudenkauf as our electrician. Having remodeled a few homes in New Jersey, and two in the Sparta Area, we have learned to appreciate when we receive exceptional service. A few things set Jeff apart from other electricians we have used in the past are the following:
One of the simplest things for customer service is to show up for appointments and answer or return calls. Jeff frequently answered his phone when we called him with questions and if he was not available, he returned calls in a timely manner. In addition, Jeff and his crew always showed up when he scheduled time with us or said he would be at our house for installation.
Communicate with your customers to meet their needs. We undertook a significant remodel and upgrade of the entire electrical service in our home and Jeff set up for us how he was going to install each phase, asked questions about our preferences as we progressed, and gave recommendations or options when we requested.
Address customer concerns. When we were near the end of our renovation, Jeff modified any items we requested after the installation of cabinets, mirrors, or TV units once we had time to spend in our new home.
We have had an excellent experience with Jeff and will continue to use him for any of our future needs. We highly recommend him and value his quality work; therefore, we would be glad to speak with anyone personally about our experience.
